Headlines
Often the headline says it all. A few may leave you wondering, a few may leave you amused and a few may not make any sense. Some headlines are current and some are not but all have a story to tell.
Good News
Good news is always welcome. It may come in the form of an email, a phone call, in your daily mail and maybe even a TV program. Would you like some good news? Where would you expect it to come from?
Bad News
While it is true that there are usually two sides to every story, it doesn't necessarily mean that bad news always follows good news. Although unwelcome, it just might be the catalyst for changing one's life.
Old News
Just because it's old news does not mean that it isn't important or interesting. If you discovered an old newspaper with a story about your great great grandfather, how would feel about "old news" then?
Who Cares?
Sometimes we hear news about prominent people and we just don't give a darn. This is especially true if it is the same news over and over again. Who cares if "Bad Boy" Charlie Sheen is in trouble again?
Who Knew?
Isn't it great when you discover something new that you had never known before? The revelation can spur a flood of emotions all the way from jubilant to sorrow. Discovery is a wonderful motivator.
Political News
For most people, hearing about or watching political news on TV develops into a love-hate relationship. One person will scurry home to "stay informed" while another will avoid it all together. Which are you?
Spiritual News
At the risk of offending a few people, religion is not a bad thing. Everyone has faith in something. Whether it is spiritual or not, it has a strong influence on their lives and helps define who they are.
Medical News
Medical news can be a double edged sword. On one hand a "breakthrough" can be inspiring while hearing that a cure may be years away is disheartening. I say, let the immune system do it's magic first.
